Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain items like opened underwear and final sale products are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and postal code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop off your package at any Canada Post location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
